Michael Wudyka is a licensed Building Contractor (CBC1268891) and experienced Owner’s Liaison with a broad background in residential and commercial construction, property renovations, and development. With years of hands-on experience, he has successfully managed multiple projects, from single-family homes and multi-family buildings to hotels and retail spaces. Michael’s expertise encompasses both new construction and the revitalization of existing properties, offering clients strategic guidance on design, layout, and budgeting to ensure seamless project execution.
Michael has overseen high-end projects, including luxury estates valued in tens of millions, working closely with architects, developers, and interior designers to meet the highest standards of quality. In his role as an Owner’s Agent, Michael serves as a trusted representative, liaising between property owners and contractors to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with the desired outcomes. His ability to manage complex, multi-faceted projects, from start to finish, has earned him a strong reputation in the industry.
